I would assume tonight I think they usually started around 6 in my old neighbor hood here as for when it ends... I dunno 9ish? I'd say call your city hall and ask if they have actual times, not all places do.

yea trick or treating is almost always on halloween night, unless its on a sunday and then normally they do it on halloween eve.
I know around here it starts right after school and goes until about 930, but the kids get more candy if they wait to start until about 6pm when more people are home from work.
