This is off topic, but the McCann's had the twins' hair analyzed to prove that they weren't drugged, as the police and media had speculated. They were out partying, though.
I have to agree with Susan that people shouldn't rush to judgment on the basis of a few press reports, which may very well be inaccurate. It's obviously negligence if you leave a child in a car, but many people have immediately jumped to the conclusion that it was a deliberate action on the part of the mother. That hasn't been established in a court of law.
