What a special story! She definitely was meant to be with you! Such a rough start to have 3 homes before finding that 1 purr-fect forever home and with her brother too!Originally Posted by eilcon

Since you asked,Claire came to live me on Oct. 31, 2005, when her owner died unexpectedly. I already knew Claire, from having been involved in socializing her and her littermates, including my sweet boy, Peter, when they were trapped by the TNR group I was volunteering with. Claire was adopted three times and returned through no fault of her own before she was 10 months old. When she came back the third time, I fostered her and found her a home with a priest that I worked with. Unfortunately, he and Claire only had six months together before he died. Since I'd promised to see that she was taken care of if anything happened to him, I adopted Claire. We've been together ever since.
Congrats again and give her some scritches from me and my crew!
