Dust floaties

I have no idea what else to call them. The tiny little slivers of dust that float around while you are cleaning, and they shine when they enter a beam of sunlight.

Sassy Sasparilla (bughunter par' excellance) noticed them a while ago, and is swiping at sunbeams, trying to catch the little "floaties". It's quite funny

Lol, I know what you're talking about. They show up in photos like little orbs, making people think they're ghosts. My old cat when I was a kid, Penny, used to try to catch them too.

Dust motes is the term I've heard.

And we've had cats watch them, too.
