Firefox went into heat

yep, it happened on friday... my little girl is growing up

if she could've just waited a week - i'm calling the clinic to see about getting her fixed this week [got paid Friday].
on the other hand, she seems to be already finished... shortest heat i've ever seen!
gonna have to post some new pix of my Puter Bug - she's getting so big now!

Ooof! Mooch went into heat on a Saturday and her spay appt had been set for that coming Tuesday! It didn't last long for her either. Noodles kept looking at her like she was some kind of freak.

Oh I cant wait to see new pics of her.

I still remember Kandie s heat ... she was 14-15 weeks old and well she got a ped spay before they did them

We didn't get Ling spayed till 7-8 months old (long story). Her "heat" at about 6 months old lasted 2 days......

Just a little side note- some vets prefer to reschedule spays if a female is in heat because the reproductive tissues/etc can be quite inflamed and cause some minor issues. You may want to check with your vet if she falls back into a heat again. (Most do not mind doing a spay when they're in heat- but some may charge extra $ because the surgery may be a little more complicated- it might depend on the vet )
