Good Morning Everyone,

My seven month old puppy Auzzie has found a dead field mouse in our backyard (we think one of the neighbourhood cats left it there) and has been playing with it (as far as we know he hasn't ate any of it). He is due to for a vet visit in a week, should I move it up to ASAP or just let the vet know when I see him?! Auzzie if fully up to date on all his shots, flea meds, etc.

Any advice will be appreciated.

he may need to be wormed ... but no need immediately unless he starts acting sick

You might mentioned it to the vet. Only reason it might hurt him is if its a mouse that died from rat poison. If it was just a field mouse killed by a cat, you shouldn't have to worry.
