Me too, how horrible. It wouldn't go into the car so she tied it to the back and "slowly" dragged it to the shelter? Puleeze. She didn't like that dog and wanted to teach it a lesson I'm sure.

Poor puppy. I signed, too. How can anyone be so dumb? Or think other people will buy here ridiculous story.
