I saw a dentist earlier this week because my right-lower jaw has been really sore. I thought there was an issue with my wisdom teeth and I hadn't seen a dentist in over two years.
After a very lengthy conversation (and candid as well), my dentist believes that I grind and clench my teeth at night and suggested the NTI-tss device to prevent clenching. He also mention that all my headaches (migraine, tension, and sinus) could all be caused from the clenching.
So, anyone use it?
He doesn't recommend a mouth guard because all that does is give me a perfect surface to clench. The NIT-tss device prevents clenching overall.
It might be a pretty penny out of pocket (around $500) so I wondered if I could get some first-hand experiences before taking that plunge!
