I like the nighttime shots - very eerie looking
How fun that you all decorate for Halloween!
Will the children come by trick or treating in your city??
In our area, if you decorate your yard or even just leave the porch light on, that means that it's okay to trick or treat at that house!

Ahhhh....Dia de los Meurtos!
(Forgive me if I misspelled it Rigel, it's been awhile since spanish!)

Isn't that the holiday where they make sugar skulls? I dunno, I remember making them once in spanish class & having a sugar buzz for weeks!

Very nice decorations Rigel!
My nephew usually puts up ours and it usually looks great but this year he hasn't had the time to do it (he's on a different work schedule) So no decorations here yet.

That's interesting how you celebrate the dead over there as well.

Very creepy decorations, Rigel! We don't have any decorations up outside yet, as I'm waiting for hubby to hollow out one of the pumpkins we have tomorrow, so that I can make a Jack o' Lantern (and some pumpkin pies).
Halloween is, according to the Catholic Church, "All Souls' Day" (DÃ:censor:a de los Muertos), and November 1 is "All Saints' Day" in English. I don't recall people tending grave sites in the U.S. then, but they do in Germany, for "Allerseelen" and "Allerheiligen".

My students always ask about Halloween in the U.S., and I tell them it's even "bigger" in Mexico.
