If it were my kitty I would take her to an emergency immediately.
Better safe than sorry is the way I look at it.

I would call the vet's and ask to speak to the doctor for a phone consult - they are the best ones to advise you. Personally, I've never encountered this before. Sending {{{prayers and vibes}}} that your sweet girl is okay and that she heals quickly

Sending prayers and healing vibes for your sweet kitten -- good on ya for getting her spayed and for being concerned. Have you called the vet yet? If (s)he doesn't give you good advice right away, yes, I would take her to emergency if there is more than just a spot of blood. GOOD LUCK to her, and to you, and please keep us updated!

i called the vet doctor, and they told me to wait, and see.
so i am watching over both of them.

the male i took yesterday to the emergency vet because he opened his stitches, and was bleeding. i was freaking out, and drove safely, but speedy to the emergency room.

and now my female, they both got neuter, and spay yesterday, and already all of this.

can they die!?!

Because they both just had surgery, I think that you should ask your vet who did the surgery, to re-check them.
Trust your gut feelings and advocate for what you think they need.
Your kitties are depending on you to speak for them.

What did the emergency vet do for your male kitty?

I went to the vet today, and thank you for the prayers!
Apparently, the female was going to be in heat, and that why their is blood in her poop/diaherra. she said, its good we got her when we did because then it would have been harder. so, the blood will come out but it should hurt her. she said i should be concern if she yells or crys when she poops. so far, no crying.
The male got a small staple because it opened a little, and the vet told me that she will take it out in a week or so because he is healing rapidly.
the female is doing well as well, i am super relieved .
so, i am going in again this thursday, for a post-week check up.

thank you again!
