Mother's Day

I bought my Mom a beautiful Persian cat for Mom Day. A friend of mine is keeping the kitten at his place until Sunday, as I want it to be a total surprise. The kitten is a Male and my Mom has all Female cats. Do you think there will be any problem with the kitten not being of the same sex? Also, what is the best way to introduce a new kitten into a household?

I don't think there will be any problem with the kitten not being the same sex as all her others. ( NOW ) .....But when he gets a little older......... yep....could be a problem...
