Punky climbed straight up my door frame & onto the top of the door frame!

I still have no clue how he did or....it why. The little freak. But....straight up the door frame?!?!?

After the intial shock wore off....he was running around like his tail was on fire so I was
!

(Then Ophelia put out his tail fire by attacking him
)

And just FYI-Once he was on top of the door frame, he was bawling for me to get him down!

Nat, how do any of them do it...it's one of those feline mysteries!

OK. This is becoming a habit! He'll leap & climb my doorframe! Sometimes he makes it all the way to the top, other times he doesn't! Ahhh....how has no one adopted the little freak yet?

Does he still yell for help once he's achieved the summit? I think worriedmommy has come up with a better name for him - Spidey!

Tiger does that but he jumps on the ironing board first and then at the very top of the door. It about gives me a heart attack!! Once he's up there he is scared and can't get down.
Kitties are so silly sometimes!

If he was still climbing I would have suggested checking to see if your box of double-sided sticky tape was still full and intact...but seeing as he's slowed down I'd have to say you've only got a spiderkitty (which is "normal", you know!
)

They always get up but they can't seem to get down - like when they crawl up a tree..

Maverick used to be a door-climber in his younger days, but he always managed to get back down on his own.

Oh that's great Heidi!
One of these times, I'm gonna catch a pic of him halfway up the door!
