I have 2 cats from the same litter that are about 2 years old now. One male and one female, that I have had since they were about 6 weeks old.

They get along great together. However, in the past few months, I have noticed that the female was missing part of the whiskers above her eyes. At first I thought nothing of it, until one day I saw the male sitting there biting them off. He has continued to do so, and now there are no whiskers above her eyes left. It also seems that he has been taking out some of the fur in that area also, since it is much thinner in that area.

Anyways, is this something I should be concerned about? Also, how can I get him to stop biting off her whiskers?

Thanks in advance.
