I got my new credit card in the mail today....and Lily ate it!
I was just about to call to active it, so I had to call to request a new credit card. They were like "Ummm....we just sent you one?"

I then had to explain that Two Face TigerLily Marlene ate the nice little black strip that I really would need on there....off. She chewed one corner up big time. I was really worried she actually ate some, but I don't think she actually got any off, just chewed it all to heck.

I don't get this cat....she eats cat food bags, kitty litter bags, pieces of paper, purses, & now credit cards?
I love my freak kitty!

Ming Loy is a FREAK for plastic! We have to be so careful about leaving anything out. Tape on boxes. The little plastic piece on Gary's headset. It's nuts! AND it's amazing how she always finds even the little ittiest bittiest piece!

Just look at it that Two Face TigerLily Marlene gave someone in the credit card call-in center a real fun story to talk about!

Ooo...I would so love to be the CSR on the other end of that call.

Your CAT ate your credit card? Does your cat eat your homework too?

WCL,

Maybe she's trying to tell you not to be using your credit cards??????

I'll bet those people you called really were cracking up laughing with the "my cat ate my credit card" story

I've actually used the "my cat ate my homework" genuinely a couple of times before. Once, somebody ate it & then used it as a litterbox....so I put the paper in a ziploc baggie & took it to class with me to prove it!
