Hello All you Cat Lovers-

I am new to this forum. Just joined. I tried to locate the info. I needed but am not having much luck. I have a beautiful Cat of unknown breed. She may have been ferral. She was found in a rain storm up a tree...

Make this short sorry
.. Grace has a itching skin problem. All over.. the topical stuff the vet gave me freaked her out. I could not take her in to the vet because she was threatening to run off. Have had her for almost two yrs... she was an occasional leave the yard kitty.. but after the topical application.. It was just a chordozone (sp?) liquid..she did not come home for over 36 hrs...

I am going on again..I laugh at people with baby pictures///lol I am worse.

I am almost positive it is a food alergy. Which is better cook your own or get a commercial hypoallergenic cat food?
If I cook my own... what...

I feel the alergies might have started when I changed her from Friskies dry food to deli Cat..

She has always had the Friskies wet food.. beef ..turkey ..etc

Any suggestions or insight. Maybe this will ring someone's bell...

OKAY...

WELL first stop feeding GROCERY food .. it is often ladened with sugar salt and DYES( which dyes can be a BIG allergen)... Not to mention by products of animals , lots of corn( some is not evil
) , soy and wheat ( both allergens )

Do you have a pet store near?? if so which one will narrow recommendations

You likely DONT need HYPO which is just less ... just a better quality ...

how old is she??
