hello there I am a newbie to the site from Missouri me and my mother just got a new lil baby kitten for me mom's birthday that was September 15th. Apparently my moms co-workers had heard about how she had been wanting a new kitty for years now since our old one Fluffy had passed away and they had brought in a whole kennel of little strays they had found out near a trailer park..apparently the mom had taken care of them up until they were about 8 weeks old then just abandoned them. Their were apparently several in the kennel earlier but they had gotten nabbed up fairly quickly and mom had become convinced by her co-workers to adopt the little Grey one instead of having them go off to the humane society. The kitten is very spunky and loves to play and get into everything she possibly can. Her name is Mouse!
I will put up pictures as soon as I can if at all possible I would like to find out what kind of cat she is...just cuz I have been getting curious about that as of lately.
Since mouse does like to play A LOT I have been trying to create a designated play area for her so she can play with her toys rather then the 12 year old dog living in the house, or us, or the house plants for that matter. lol its a pretty well sized area but I really need to look into getting a climbing toy for her as well so she will stop trying to scale the house plants.
Also I would really like to look into getting a kitty harness for her since she likes to go and play outdoors but I don't do it that much with her for fear of that she will run away if I could find a leash and harness for her I think it would make feel me a hell of a lot more comfortable when she goes on outdoor excursions
