Oh no! No cell phone!

I almost had a meltdown! My cell phone service went down for about 2 hours tonight.
When I called thier customer service they told me to go into a corporate office to have my phone reset.
So off I went across town to have them fix it.
I get there and thier closed
There is a note on the door saying they'll reopen tomorrow at 9:30 am.

WTH? They're supposed to be open till 7pm and it was only 5:45

All of a sudden about 50 people withen a 10 mins period showed up with the same problems I had.
No one knew what in the world was going on either and couldn't get through to customer service.
So I left and tried to call on my other cell phone (Different service) and was told no one reported the problem.
Of course they didnt! No one could get through!

About 15 mins ago the service started working

I thought I was going to lose it w/o my text messaging

I also have a Verizon cell too. It's a good thing I did cuz my parent's are in Italy right now and they couldn't get in touch with me on it.

I keep the Metro cuz it's unlimited EVERYTHING.

But I did have problems with my verizon the other night too

My service could go down for days at a time and I would never notice

I rarely call anyone and never txt.

I would die without mine!

Mine never ever ever goes down..I guess my company is a keeper

I use AT&T so far have never lost service. I would die with out my cell phone!

I have Sprint and have never had that problem. We've had other issues, but overall I'm happy.

Not had any real problems with Verizon. Now, Comcast, our TV/Phone/Internet provider has had their user URLs down for 3 days, so that when I post this, you will see a question mark in place of where my pets' pictures should be. Let's just say that my pets aren't pleased.

the only problem I ever had was during that power outage back in 2003. Otherwise, nope, no outage for me I'm with T-Mobile.
