Feral Cat Day in Philippines

Hello,
CARA Philippinesin celebration of Feral Cat Day will open its exclusive spay/neuter clinic by next month. We had the premises blessed October 16. The clinic will provide low cost s/n of homeless native cats and dogs and those belonging to the low income families. I think we are the first in the Philippines.
