Please let 2008 be better than this year

I'm sorry for making a negative thread, but I really hope 2008 will be better than this year. So much stuff has happened in my city, so many people we know have died. The latest is a guy that went to my high school last year... it was yesterday and so far nobody knows what happened. I didn't really know him but it's so sad because my school has about 20 students.

Sorry again, I just had to let some steam out in a "good" way.

You vent as much as you want - thats what we are here for!

Hopefully 2008 will be a better year for you & your city, thats never good when so many people who you've known have now passed on. Especially when they are taken so early in life

I hope 2008 is better too. I haven't had the best year. This summer my dad passed away.

I hope so too. Three of my old high school classmates died in a freak motorcycle accident, one that I had grown up with since Elementary school. But, my school's graduating class was very large so it's going to happen to someone. Especially in these days...
