Thank you That is what I want to have someone to make my one.The jacketw/snaps.
Out of curiosity, I surfed some on-line uniform catalogs. Nobody seems to have yellow.
If you have a WalMart, they sell their patterns at half-price and their solid Palencia broadcloth is very reasonable ($1.86/yd. here). If you can find somebody, in your area, to make it - that would be your best bet.
