Best kitty drinking fountain?

what is the best kitty drinking fountain UNDER $30?? I found one from Drinkwell that i wanted, but its out of stock and they dont know when it will come in.

I have two cats that are FOREVER getting on the fishtank to drink from the waterfall filter, and its driving me insane!!!

You can get the Petmate Freshflow from Walmart for under $30.

The Freshflows I've seen at Walmart aren't the "deluxe" model -- they don't have the flow control. Not that it's really worth paying extra for. But just to keep in mind for comparing prices. Shopping around online should snag you a deluxe model somewhere for under $30.
