Sunday night I cleaned my bathroom with bleach. I wore gloves while cleaning the tub, but took them off afterwards and then cleaned the floor. I put my bare hands on the floor while I was cleaning it. Now my hands are peeling and feel kinda tingly. I keep putting gold bond lotion on them, but is there any other relief? It's driving me crazy!

I've done that before! Not with bleach but with some sort of bathroom cleaner. I foolishly used just my bare hands and the sponge as I cleaned. I know the feeling you're talking about! In particular the skin felt "tight" or a little shriveled up just behind my fingernails and it drove me crazy, too!

I only waited and I think by the next day my hands were back to normal, maybe two days later. But I didn't have any peeling just really dry irritated skin.

If you're going to use bleach to clean with, dilute a bit more.
I use it to clean lots of stuff, litter boxes, lizard cages and cage accessories (rinsing very well), counters, or anything else I come across while in a cleaning mood.
It's never bothered my hands.

I've never had a problem with bleach either. I don't use a whole lot, it doesn't take much to disinfect. I like to add a little bit of laundry detergent to the bleach water, it adds a great smell. Just never use dish soap! When working at the animal shelter, my friend used dish soap to wash his arms and hands after bleaching the dog kennels... he said it felt like his skin was on fire.
