I shudder every time I see a "small study" quoted in the popular news. Seriously, a sample size of 22 people is laughable.
I don't get the chocolate craving thing. I do get strong cravings for a specific food every once in a while, usually something my mom makes that I haven't had lately. Tonight I'm trying desperately to replicate my mom's goulash....I keep going back and adding more of the different ingredients, trying to get the balance right. Why is it always so hard to make it like mom does????
