Thanks for reminding us that more of the people actually fighting the war disapprove of it than approve of it. That speaks louder than any protest ever could.

Rush Limbaugh is as divisive if not as outright ridiculous as Ms Coulter.

But what the hey are senators doing complaining about a radio show?! Aren't there better ways to spend their time?

The only thing that's funny about this is the description of how Rush had the letter carried in a Halliburton attache case.

I find this chilling. The majority leader of the Senate has nothing better to do than to devote time to blasting Rush Limbaugh, a radio talk show host?
Are there no other matters perhaps more important to the US than this? And has Harry Reid and at least 41 other senators never heard of the First Amendment?

Whether you like Rush or not, does anyone else find it disturbing that the Democrats tried to silence a private US citizen?

BTW, Reid was WRONG about what Rush said.

THe bidding netted more than 2 million dollars. I heard Rush is matching that, so more than 4 million dollars going to the children of fallen Marines for their education.

I'm not a Rush fan at all; but I just have to give him kudos on this one He could very easily have just gone on his own show and ranted and complained about getting a chastising letter. His regular listeners would have shook their heads.

Instead, he very cooly puts it on EBay, for charity, stays calm, laughs about the letter, laughs at the Senate, laughs at himself; and the whole world is watching.

Very smooth
