question about my kitten Sugar

my kitten Sugar is 3.5 months old. She has been sneezeing a lot this last week, and I don't know if it's allergies, (what types can cats have?) or if it's the changing climate... or if she's getting a cold. I try to keep my apartment between 70-72°. My wife and I take her in bed with us along with her sister Spice to keep them warm if she is getting a cold... any other ideas to try or advice before I go to the vet?

How much discharge is there and what's it like? Thick, thin, clear, etc.? Also is there any discharge from the eyes too.

Has she had shots recently? You might want to get her to the vet this week to be sure.

No discharge except a clear spray... I dunno I think shes developed alergies, but I'm not sure.
