What's In Your Purse?

Have you ever tried to figure out what your purse and contents are worth. I was amazed and appalled to figure out what mine's worth!


Purse - paid $80 on e-Bay for a $300 Coach
Glasses case $10....Inside....
Glasses - $500 - my first pair of bifocals
Sunglasses - $15 at the drugstore
Wallet - $20 Kate Spade knock-off
Cell phone - $60 cheap Motorola
Pager - supplied by work, but would probably cost something to replace!
Kitty print small cosmetic bag - $5....Inside....
Hand lotion - $8 Ahava from TJMaxx
Lipstick - $3
Spare contact lenses - approx $20
Powder compact - $20
Prescription card of Imitrex - $45
Travel sized hair spray - $2.50
Tiny hair brush - $2
Calendar/date planner - $4


Yikes! Nearly $800, not including the pager...

That doesn't even include the pens, gum, tiny tape measure that belonged to my grandmother and little stuff like the charms on my wallet, key chain, phone, etc.

Not bad. Only $480- with my iPod being the most expensive thing. It's a small purse, so there's not much in it.

Purse: $80 - handmade by a lady in Seattle
lip repair: $10 -the best ever
Misc. medications: around $100 worth. Only because of a prescription drug
iPhone: $300
Hand sanitizer: $1
Gum: $1

almost $400 worth of stuff.

Purse - $45 - knock off from a $500 Coach
Digital Camera - $250
Cell phone - $200
Coach wallet - $150
Sunglasses/case - $15
Lip glosses - $10
Lighter - $1.50
Bath & Body Lotion - $8

So about $700- but that doesn't inclue the money & other things I carry as well

Around $1900 - OUCH but most of that is my camera that I was using yesterday and dont usually have in my bad, and my glasses and work cell phone


Then all the paperwork I brought home that is hours of my time if I lost it

Pair of pants with a pocket - about 30 to 50 dollars
cell phone - free with two year contract

you think like my daughter no way she's taking a purse, just another thing to lose she says

I only carry my purse to and from work so there's not really anything in it

My laptop case serves a dual purpose as my purse also so it comes to a tidy sum....

A picture is worth a thousand words. Here's what i found the last time i cleaned my purse out.
