I dunno what to do. I've been working nights at Hollister Co. but it's not steady and it's not paying the bills lately. Some weeks I'll get my schedule and I'm working all my avalible days then others like this week for example I only worked one day and the shifts are only 5 hours. Well I've been trying to find a nice part time job during the day. I love where I work now and don't want to have to quit. But sometimes I get my paycheck and it's $28. That's not going to pay rent, insurance, food, truck payment..... Well I sorta got into trouble a while back and places see that and don't want to hire me. So it's been tough but I have to say my bf has been wonderful supportin my butt. I got an interview today with this private Montessori school but it's 30 min away. I just can't seem to justify driving that far. Well I brought up the issue to my bf and he gave me attitude saying how I need anything I can get and I can't be picky at this point because I owe him at least a grand. Is it really worth it in gas to go? Daycare places don't exactly pay top notch so the ratio of pay rate to gas doesn't seem worth it.

I am sendin' vibes your way

I also have an off the wall sort of suggestion, feel free to ignore it, but have you ever considered welding as a profession? You wouldn't believe the variety of jobs that are out there and not all of them are dirty and messy. With a bit of schooling, there is good money to be made. *shameless welding bit over*

Have faith and good opportunities will come your way

I like your style
I'm trying to talk my 31yo daughter into considering a trade like electrician. The union is doing a drive for more women journeyman, the starting wages are great and the jobs come with union benefits

Other than that, a job waiting tables is another good choice. the better you are, the better the tips (usually); you are not dependent on a bosses' opinion of your work, which eliminates being suseptible to office politics.
At the price of fuel, 30 mi. can easily be cost-prohibitive.
