If these Guard members don't get their full education benefit I'm going to move to Canada. This is so upsetting I can't even stand it.

One DAY short? Are you kidding me?

Well, honestly if they have someone in Congress in the middle of it, it will likely be resolved. I hope so anyway. Our VOLUNTEER military deserves a hell of a lot more than they get in the first place, let alone being denied what they have been promised.

The way our armed forces veterans repeatedly get screwed by the government of the country they've so admirably served continues to disgust and outrage me. It's just despicable.

They'll eventually get around to it, especially now that it's come to the public's attention. My father (USMC) used to always say the motto of the U.S. armed forces was, "Hurry up, and wait"!

I saw that, too. You can be sure the publicity got the attention needed!
