how do you convince stray cat to use shelter?

on our property we have this shed but its a shed made out of class/plastic very tightly sealed because it use to be used as an office. They call it a kaosik sp? anyways its got carpet in it and even plugs and electricicty if we want it. IT has this tiny window that is perfect size for a cat to jump in and out the window is left open 24/7 but the cat never goes in? anyway to convicne the cat to use it? its so clean & warm in there I was thinking of putting the cats food and litter in there

wouldnt that be perfect house for a cat? In the winter we could add a heated lamp or something fill it with blankets maybe add some chairs and shelves it and the cat would have it all to himself we just gota convince him to use it ?

Thats a good idea you mentioned about putting food & litter in there. That should attract the cat to that place. Try putting in inside first, if that doesn't work, put some food outside so the cat knows its there, then hopefully the cat gets curious & goes into that nice shelter

Wow how perfect could that be? Food should definitely attract them there. Also having a couple escape routes would help also. Good luck and I hope they soon realize what a perfect spot this would be for them.
