Ok it has to have 3 bedrooms, or 2 bedrooms & study, built in robes, a backyard big enough to enjoy but no so big all you do is mow the lawns every week, it has to be on its own block of land, not split with other units, it cant be opposite a school/busy park or as a corner house (gets lots of traffic) has to be at least 10 houses away from the main road/train station, not so close that all you hear is traffice, but close enough that i dont have to catch a bus to the train station and it's easy to get into the city. A toilet seperate to the bathroom would be nice, two bathrooms would be nicer. It'd be nice too if it was in an area with native wildlife, and not a concrete bound block that looks grey and dull. Preferably a nice porch or some sort of decking. Also i dont want neighbours. The neighbours can bugger off.
