I need some support...

I can't tell you how happy I am to find this site....Such great info..I really need some advice...

Yesterday a friend and I came across a very sick kitten. I brought her home and named her Ruby...Ruby is a beautiful long haired calico...this isn't my first stray, but my first stray this sick..

Ruby's one eye is swollen beyond belief she also has discharge coming from her nose...I know she has worms her belly is very hard and she was covered with fleas...we gave her a flea bath and I have been combing like crazy...she did eat a little last night, I have to get water into with a syringe this morning... She won't move at all....I called the vet and we have an appt at 4:30 today...do you think she has a chance??? The people nearby where we found her said they think she is about 10 weeks...

I am no expert so I can't help much but hope she recovers soon from whatever she has....

I hope she makes it - that's a LOT of negatives in one little kitten. Hopefully she will pull thru - if not, keep in mind you tried and that's the important thing.

Don't be too optimistic but be thankful if she does pull thru
