How to attract cats and NOT raccoons!??? HELP!!

I have a lost cat that has been gone for 8 weeks now. We have been putting food out everyday but all we see are raccoons, skunks and possums. We put out Wiskas tuna and also Purina hard food and some Temptation treats. Everything is being eaten but not by cats!

What should we be putting out to attract cats only!? Is there a way to deter the other animals and only attract cats?!

Please help!
