DH told me that while I was running earands yeasterday Popsie was pestering him in the bathroom.
Apparently Popsie was sitting on the edge of the tub, then he walked across the toilet seat while DH was sitting on it. He then jumped up on the sink counter a proceeded to meow loudly. DH pet him a couple times then stopped. So then DH said Popsie sat quietly for a minute and then just took his paw and knocked the roll of tp off the counter and let out a gigantic meow.
When Popsie wants attention he makes it known
