I am done mourning, time to celebrate

My sister who was also my closest friend, passed away 4 years ago from complications due to alcohol poisoning.

We were always close, even as adults, and it has taken me awhile to be able to deal openly with her death.
I have done so, and now I choose to celebrate her life.

Today I spent the day going through pictures that I couldn't bare to look at until now.

And I thought I'd share one of my favorite pics of Robin and myself, taken on my 21st birthday.

Just remember, you can celebrate her life and remember her with joy in your heart, and still need to cry sometimes...
