Ok, dumb cooking question. I got boneless chicken breasts accidentally when a recipe called for bone-in chicken breasts. They will be roasting in the oven atop some veggies. Will this turn out wrong or should I get the bone-in breasts?

It really shouldn't matter, but boneless does not take as long to cook as bone in, so you may have to adjust your cooking times, or put the chicken in later.
As a rule, I only buy boneless/skinless breasts, and in a 375 oven, I cook them for 40 minutes.

I usually buy boneless too, it won't make any difference

I doubt it'd make a difference. I only buy the boneless/skinless, even when a recipe calls for bone-in. Always has come out fine
