Yeah you can have a picture. You have to be a member for 24hours first though, you've already met the post requirement.
If you check out The Signature Shop forum, you'll find lots of information about signatures, including this thread where you can ask our crew of talented signature designers to make a signature for you. When your signature is complete, it will be posted in this thread.
