Hello everybody

Hi!

I'm from North Carolina and have a 13 year old Siamese (the lanky type Siamese) named Max. He's my best buddy and is a real lap kitty.

Max is a real lover boy too! Loves to be cuddled.

I "kinda" rescued Max. My brother had purchased Max's sister (same litter) and Max was the only pet quality kitten left in the litter, he was too big for a show cat.

My brother called me and told me about him and said the breeder had told him that a man wanted to buy him as an outdoor kitty. He was an older man, no kids just wanted a cat outside. The breeder was scared to death that Max would end up unloved and maybe a future "pound kitty". She had told my brother i"f you know ANYBODY that would like to adopt him please tell them to call me and I will make sure they adopt him instead of this man". This breeder must have been getting some real BAD vibes about this man. The breeder just wanted Max adopted, because the man kept coming to her house and she kept thinking up excuses so he couldn't take Max.

I called the breeder and she told me that she wanted Max with children because he was so playful and smart (already opening cabinet doors at 3 months LOL) and she wanted him inside only. My kids and I drove 4 hours to visit Max and that night we had a baby kitten sleeping in my daughters bed! Max slept with my daughter until she went to college!

It was true, Max LOVED children and loved to play. I kept my word to the breeder, he is indoor only and very, very spoiled. I have never loved a pet more than my Max!
