Morning All

Woke up to some pretty loud thunderstorms here this morning

and from the looks of thing it not going to clear up anytime soon.

Not up to much today, heading off to work shortly but hope to be finished up by 4. Then I have to make a quick trip to the grocery store and pet store. I am doing my Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow because I am off work but have to work Monday.

The kitties are great this morning. Sassy is napping and Linus is trying his best to break into my sewing box to steal a feather. I have a bunch in there I was using to make cat toys and he thinks he just has to have one.

Thinking of having a movie night tonight, haven't done that in awhile. My goodness I lead such a glamours exciting life

Just kidding, I just confused by how you set your date on the thread title

Off to my sisters house for Thanksgiving today..just doing some laundry first and tidying up.

Its supposed to be beautiful weather here this weekend..summer like!

I hope you all have a lovely (Canadian) Thanksgiving weekend!

A quiet day at home, I didn't take any work home with me this week

and am not scheduled in the shelter today

We got a new cat!!

But that means we didn't sleep all night because it loves to meow!! Anyways, today my DH and I are going to lunch with some friends of ours the the Georgia National Fair to see Dierks Bentley! I just hope it doesn't rain. Everyone have a great Saturday!! And happy Canadian Thanksgiving to those up North!

Hi All!

It's bright and sunny with a high of 83* F today and tomorrow.

Today there is an Oktoberfest going on a couple of blocks from our house. So we're thinking about going and checking that out :cheers:

I'm also working on "my room" today. Again that whole Feng Shui...if I can get this room cleaned up then all the craziness will be cleaned up...I hope.

Good morning (and afternoon to some of you)
My cousin's wedding is this afternoon! It should be fun but my aunt (bride's mom) went to the hospital last night because of an ulcer.

There was a woodpecker in our tree this morning too.

Well I must have ate something in the wrong combination yesterday as I had a bad stomachache about 2:45 am. Its better now though.
Brief rain this morning now sunny very very hot and humid for this time of year-its supposed to be in low 80's and again humid-but October temp will return about Tuesday.
Went shrub shopping this morning-spent $$$ but got some cool plants and interesting bulbs too!! And the nursery was giving away free apples if you spent more than $25!!

Then made a mistake and wne to the Packer Pro Shop at Lambeau Field as I was so close by. The place was full of tourists/shoppers. The shirt I wanted wasn't in stock so I bought a different one for alot more $$$. Better stop shopping now.

Anyhow I will try to work outside for a bit this afternoon and enjoy one of the last summer days that we will have.

I have always done my dates as day/month/year.

Hello everyone! had to work this morning but I'm back home now and sweating
