My photographer brother took a little roadtrip last week to do some night shots in West Texas ghost towns, and we were talking on the cellphone as he neared Abilene, where he planned to spend the night. He said, "Okay, I'm heading into Abilene now, and I will report when I get there as to whether it is, in fact, the prettiest town I've ever seen."

If you're too young to get the joke: it's from a song we both learned from our father, who used to play and sing it all the time when we were kids...

sometimes is anoying when your neighborn put their speakers so loud and play and play daily the same song!

Speaking of music being stuck in your head, Ann Wilson has the greatest voice of any female vocalist that I've ever heard. Great range and can pull off a rocker or ballad with ease. I've been watching some Heart vids on You Tube.

Maroon 5 - Wake Up Call. And it's really annoying, because I just get two lines of it... Argh!
