I don't understand...buddy list?

can I not receive new PM's from people that are not on my buddy list? Tina
probably PM me but it went to my spam folder in my regular email account, I just now found it I'm I doing something wrong? Help

Yep, you should be able to PM anyone who is not a minor (doesn't have access to PMs)

The spam folder in your email is separate from the PM system and regardless of the TCS user who sends a PM, the email comes from the same address, which you can add to your approved senders list to make sure it is delivered to your inbox
