Midnight Cravings

Does anyone else get the munchies late at night? I'm a night owl so I inevitably do. So what do you crave?

One big one for me is cheese and crackers.

Tonight however is cherry pie filling! I seriously and struggling to not go open the can I know I have in my cabinet!

Oh that's not helping!

Besides the obvious Chinese Food I always crave.... ....I want Hy Vee party mix right now! Sad part is there is some upstairs, I just do not want to move & wake the puppies as they'll have to go potty.

I ordered pizza tonight so I am trying not to go eat more pizza....or pepsi. I was going to bake some Pumpkin Chip cookies but decided I would eat them all so that would be bad .



I'll probably make them Sunday, lol!

Well I just opened the can. Which bought to my attention that it's pull top sounds just like the cat's pull tops when opening. I have 2 admirers right now.

Not me... Well, ok I do. Usually I crave some kind of bread and soda.

I laughed so hard when I read about your admirers! My 2 have been trying to convince me to go to bed for the last couple of hours. I think they gave up now---Petunia is purring up a storm behind me and Pepper is sleeping with his cow. If I step near the refridgerator or the food dishes, they will be all over me!

The puppies aren't mine, so I am still weighing if it's worth it to wake them up or not.....now if it were my babies, I wouldn't wake them up. Then again, we all know the moment I move Bean Dip will latch those blasted teeth of hers on my toes.

OK, done hijacking!

I usually crave potato chips.

Usually something crunchy, maybe that's what I was going to go look for?

Potato chips here - they are my downfall!

We don't even keep any chips in our house because they don't last! I bet if we had some, I'd be eating them instead of the cherry pie filling.

You are wise. I just bought some. I found some garlic and onion dip while I was at the supermarket and as I LOVE garlic, I just had to buy it so I can try it out tonight.

Anybody want any Bean Dip?

Awwwww, they are so cute! Since you posted pictures, I am guessing you will be forgiven for the hijacking.

Oh, I'm in loooovvve with Beandip! I've heard you talk about him, but I never saw a picture... what a darlin' he is! And that little face behind him is adorable, too...

Back on subject: I just finished a lovely midnight snack of chalupa shells spread with Green Mill pizza sauce, sprinkled with extra-sharp cheddar, and run under the broiler for a few minutes. I call it Mexican Pizza!

Bean Dip is a girl, a very naughty one, but a girl. I would change her name, but she's been through 6 homes(I'm #6) in the past 3 weeks. Figure she's had enough names for awhile. But, every time I see her, I get hungry!
