I am a little concerned about one of my foster kitties. He was part of a feral colony and I got him when he was about 12-14 weeks old. He is now about 5 months old and still not a lap kitty, but he tolerates me. Lately - he has been making these chewing/chomping motions with his mouth. Sometimes it is so hard, you can hear his teeth clacking together.

He does not appear to be ill in any other way. He eats/drinks/uses the litter box. Should I be making a vet appointment or is this normal? None of my other cats or fosters have ever done this.

He's probably just losing his baby teeth, but it could be anything! It would probably be a good idea to give the vet a call.
