Being on an all Canned Food diet isn't an issue. (however the quality of the canned food could be) But an all Canned Food diet actually is Quiet Healthy.
If she cannot 'afford' to take 1 cat to the vet, (not that any of this is my buisness) I really don't think it is in the Kittens best interest that she keep it, It would be best if she found someone who can afford to care for it, or contact a no kill shelter, ... at the very least try to get the funds together and contact shelters as many shelters have low cost (& sometimes free) spay/neuter & vacciene programs for those with low income, to help out and make sure that animals are at least cared for. Certianly SOMETHING needs to be done.
