I've got 4 6 1/2 week old kitten. Links's eye colour appears to be going a greeny orange colour, but the others are still blue (I think Lola's will stay blue)

So my question is .... at what age do kittens eyes start and finish changing to their adult colour?

By the time they are 3-4 months old, they should have their adult colors. There are exceptions. Russian Blue kittens may not have the totally dark green eye color for a few more months.

I have a burmese boy who will be 4 months old when I receive him next week. Burmese are supposed to have yellow to amber eyes, and I am hoping he is going to have the deep gold eyes which is preferred. But his mum has yellow-green eyes, and his dad has the gold-amber eyes. My breeder told me that at 10 weeks, he has yellow-green eyes. Is there any chance that his eyes can turn more yellow and darker in the next few weeks/months?

Yes and the eye color will probably get darker. It may even take 8-9 months. If there are any burmese kittens at the show, I'll try and take a look and see what color their eyes are at that age

Thank you so much GoldenKitty45. I would really appreciate that. I was thinking of showing my burmese, but in Hawaii, cat shows are very rare, and not much popularity.

I know - I see very few listed in CFA and because there is not a lot of shows and you have the quarentine stuff, their points/finals needed are reduced from the normal amount on the mainland.

Yes, quarantine here is ridiculous! That's why I had to adopt in New Zealand, otherwise my kitten would have to be at least 10 months old to enter Hawaii (and 10 months is not a kitten anymore!).

for show purposes, 10 months is not a kitten, but tell that to Charlie - he's 13 months now and still thinks he's a kitten
