NYC Kitties

Hi!



I live in nyc with 2 kitties KittyGurl a 5yr old Tortishell (I originally named her "Jinx", but KittyGurl's what I call her in real life so it stuck) and Jaedi (aka perpetual chaos) a 2yr old gray tabby boy. I also have a 9 1/2 year old German Shepherd.

The only pictures I have online are a few shots I took during one of our feeding frenzies:







I'll be taking more now that I have somewhere to show them off. What a HUGE forum! How could I have missed it? But anywho, happy to be here now!

Welcome to TCS! I just got here not long ago and I LOVE it. It's such a great site and everyone is so nice! So many knowledgeable people here. I've learned a ton.

And we have a lot of members who create 'signatures' for others. I agree there are tons of beautiful ones!

As for the banks/points thing: For every post you get points. If you go to your drop down menu that says 'vbPlaza Menu' below the forum listing you can click on the 'bank' dropdown where you can store your points and earn interest.

Later on you can buy 'gifts' for others in the vb Plaza Menu. So if you want to compliment someone on a post or say 'happy birthday' you can buy a 'gift' The gifts can be seen in the upper right hand of every person's post. If you mouse over it, it will say who it's from and why.

Welcome again! And it's neat to see that you feed your little ones raw. I'm just learning about it myself.

lol Trust me, NO ONE eats till Jaedi eats! Doesn't matter whose food I "think" I'm setting down first, he's there before it hits the floor...



He's my little garbage disposal. Anything is food until proven otherwise. They're both gluttons actually, and broke my Shepherd out of his finickyness by diving head first into his bowl at every meal. Now he's eats, and eats FAST.

Thanks for all the info & the gift dauntingfire!! It's lovely. If I can be of assistance with your raw research, let me know! Been feeding my cat/s this way for 4 years, and my puppers for over 7. Still love to watch them eat!

I used to have some graphic making ability. (Even made a nifty little website for my doggie during the pre-kitty years: http://geocities.com/thepuppourri ) My current laptop only has PhotoStudio though, which I don't think I'll be mastering...
