some advice please

I have this cat that show up on are door she super sweet loves being held and love on but shes older and recently been pregnant. My husband and I can not take on another cat as much as we would love to. We are both have jobs and two cats already. At first I wanted to take her to the pound but like I said she recently been pregnant and I don't want to take her away if theres kittens some were around here. But now there another cat beating her up (why my yard) and I try to break it up when ever I can but i'm not always home and shes already lost a big chuck out of her side. Should I take her to the pound?

I wouldnt take any animal to a pound unless it is a no kill pound. Maybe see if you can find a rescue that would take her?

yes theres a no kill shelter buts its worse then a death sentence its ran by a local woman who has had several complaints against her including leaving food out in the rain and then feeding it to the pets leave 4 or 5 pets in small cages plus no vet care. Sadly in this small town there aren't many place to go and the part of town I live most people dump their pets here. The chance of me getting here a home not realistic. And i've already called the vet asking if they would keep her out front till some one adopts her but they only do that for kittens I just don't know what to do.

if anyone has any idea an how I could get the orange cat with out hurting him then i could move him away and the little black cat would be safe.

Borrow a live trap from the local humane society?
