I've recently started feeding wet due to his problems with hard poo. I was wondering if wet can spoil if left out for about four hours. I've noticed that the past couple times Popsie has eaten his "left overs" he's barfed it up. I'm thinking it might be going bad so I'll probably have to keep it in the fridge.

bacteria levels double every 20 minutes... so figure the percent on 4 hours... if you can limit the can out of fridge time to 1 hour or less

When I get the right flavors my guys eat up their canned in an hour tops.

For Stimpy I have the 5.5oz cans and he gets part of it at each meal....Right after I dish it up I put a can cover on and refrigerate until the next meal. 5 seconds in the microwave, mix to even out the warmth and it's ready to go for him without being cold.
