Propane rail car leaking at my dad's work

My dad works at CP Rail and right now a train car is leaking propane at his work. A large portion of downtown has been evacuated and there are a bunch of emergency crews there. I really hope it doesn't explode...

He's out of town, actually. I don't know if they have it in control now as the radio is saying the same thing over and over.
