The judge had all the information at hand to make the right decision. Kevin Federline, for all his faults, has never shown himself to be a bad parent. You absolutely cannot believe everything you read in the media and I believe they were out to get him from the start. He might not be great husband material, but I've never heard anything ever that said he was a bad parent to his children with Shar Jackson, and I don't think he's a bad parent to his children with Britney.
He'll have help and support - and Britney has been given several chances to make good. She needs to smarten up her act - when you become a parent you become responsible for lives other than your own. Britney has shown that she is not prepared to do that - sure, she has a problem, but when you have kids you suck it up and do what you can to fix it. She has not done this, and there can be nobody to blame for that but Britney Spears.
She's had help, her family have tried to help her, he's tried to help her, her friends have...she doesn't want to know. For goodness' sake, she fired her long-term bodyguard because he didn't hear her ask him to pick up her hat. She is in no fit state to be looking after children when she can't even look after herself. I hope she gets help, I truly do. I think what she has become is incredibly sad, and the media are not helping.
But unfortunately I have a horrible suspicion that she is so far gone she doesn't even care that she's lost her kids. That's two less burdens to get in the way of her lifestyle. Very sad indeed.
