In the middle of September of 2005 we went to pick up a gray kitten from a friend from work. He bit me, scratched my husband, and ran into the kitty carrier and fell asleep. Thus began the odyssey of 8-Bit Wolfgang.
He has brought joy, laughter, and light back into my life. In these two years he's saved me from going to the ER, helped bring me out of more than one bad depression, and has caused me to re-think the fact that I can care about something other than myself. In short, he was put in my life for a reason.
When I found out that I should never have children it was a huge blow to me. It felt like part of my life had been cut off. When 8-Bit joined us he taught me that not all children have two legs and eventually go off to college.
